The hotel is behind the showroom. Very bad experience.when we checked in no person for carry bags, lift is not working, small rooms ,no hot water in bathroom, poor service, no restaurant, we book with breakfast,they served only one item poha or Puri bhaji, without tea /coffee. Staff is very rude. From our side big no for this hotel. Do not book this hotel.

The quality of food was pathetic. This is a pic of a paneer parantha, totally dry with lots of salt. The menu shows the options for complimentary breakfast but when u ask them they tell u that u can only get 2 aloo Parathas. After so much debate, they finally agreed on giving one paneer parantha. And when it came, finally curd was also missing. He went to brring it but forgot. Service was too slow. Order everything one hour in advance. I ordered dinner at 7:30pm which I received at 8:45pm. At 9, I called and asked if anything sweet is available. He told me 2 flavours of icecream and i asked for one, it came at 9:45pm. In morning, i told at 9 to bring breakfast by 9:30, which still came at 10:20 in this condition with cold tea. The blanket cover was stained which I got changed. Power cut is normal. Back up is only for fan and light. Suffocated room with no window.

Good rooms at affordable rates. Could add more variety to the food menu though.

Its not good hotel for stay, hotel staff not up to mark, breakfast is only one item its third class hotel No hot water ,no restaurant, and small room no any dining table any where, staff is very rude,

I had good experience in hotel, hotel manager good quality about his clarity related to his hotel and rooms. He never hide what he has in hotel in terms of facilities and overall experience. So whenever you book you know what you will get in hotel in terms of everything with pay price. Yes rooms are small. I would recommend book with your own knowledge to discuss with hotel manager. First, the hotel is behind a jewellery shop. You will need to enter thru a narrow passage for about 40 steps. Then you walk up a though flight of stairs and yes you do need to carry your bags. In the first floor you will be greeted by the rude reception staff. Then you can use the lift to reach the floor above (). The room is spacious because the bed is small (yes it's all queen size)(tried two rooms the executive and the family). The bathrooms are small and dirty. The bed linens are dirty with foot stains. You have no dining space. They will serve food in the room. Again please do not expect any hospitality from the staff. The breakfast is from 8:30am to 10:30am again on the bed. You have 3 choices only (tried poha with bread toast with tea). Just not worth or filling to the stomach. The hotel is close to Bada market but you can go only if you are good with bargaining. There is absolutely no car parking space in the front as it's in a jewellery market road. Kindly think before you book

Good hotel. good food staff behaves good. slightly facing issue in TV in morning because reception person said that there were some technical problem . I suggest the house keeping staff that clean the floor below the bed area because there were lot of dust under my bed. otherwise, all visible area is neat and clean.

Very dirty, rude receptionist, dirty clothing and linens, dirty floor and bathroom. Dirty kitchen. Not single hole in entire room for ventilation. Suffocating and dusty. Food if asked arrives after 2 hours and only after repeated reminder. No serving place . Only place to sit and eat is on bed... Please don't book here. Very unhygienic and congested place. You have to carry your luggage through very narrow lounge and carry it on stair case till 1st floor on narrow steps. No one available to help and reception person just give one answer for everything, aap khud hi manage karlo staff nahi hai. My MP tour Gwalior visit ruined by this hotel.
