Major electric problem they will not even switch on the generator to save the fuel. We booked for three days but checked out for one day itself. TV does not work, no hot water etc etc.

Nice hotel,great room,they have lift and a small playground for children....and enough space for car parking....ovarall a good package....

Only marking 2 stars for good parking and good breakfast. Thay have worst in room dining i ever had in any hotel. Food was good in breakfast but when you order few items are good and few are horrible. I was staying for 2 nights i came to reception in middle of night and mentioned to receptionist that window in my room is not getting closed properly please change my room as it is cold and we are not able to sleep. Simple reply was room change is not possible and then i asked atleast provide me heater or something he said room should have heated blanket which was not present in any if the room. Jet in WC was not functioning specifically told receptionist in night as well as in the morning which they never fixed but ensured everytime its done whenever asked for. Bathrooms are in horrible condition mirrors are fainted from middle you have to see yourself in sides AC water dripping duct lands in bathroom and that even without any holder. Bathroom Roofs were dripping in room number 105. Thay have jaquar bathing experience but diesnt work properly due to lack pressure in pipeline. Last thing the jet in WC is connected to geyser pipeline i mean seriously this is the worst pipeline connection i have ever seen in any of the hotel. Total waste of money never book this hotel especially if you are little bit concerned about your hygiene. Bedsheets were also not changed when we arrived in hotel. Last but basic thing to mention.

Location wise good. Rooms are very average. Bathrooms are not very clean, and only geyser works properly. No toilet spray available. Owners are not very welcoming and behaviour is not very good. Guest requests are not taken seriously. Wifi service is ultra slow, doesn't work. TV doesn't work. Food is below average. Overpriced. The service needs to improve a lot.

This hotel was part of a package that was booked through a agent, so we didn't choose it, as such. Having said that, it's good for the money we paid. 3 star accomodation they claimed, it may not be such. Rooms, common areas like dining room etc were clean. Blankets were nice and thick. One room didn't have electric blankets, though. It was summer and not too cold. Best part is that it's centrally located. Bread and Tea are available from 6.30am, though breakfast was ready only by 7.30am. Since it rained WiFi was not available, atleast that's what they claimed. Post paid Idea network was good. Overall, a good experience.

Nothing special ..A nice budgeted option.. Strictly average service. Rooms are also not great. .toilets look old...No proper wifi also available- when i visited Location is okay.. mostly full..parking is a bit tight . Budgeted option

Looks great in photo. But originally very bad hotel. I never suggest any one to go for that...
