Hotel SN Annex - Hotel in Munnar - Idukki, India

Neat clean and small decent rooms. Felt a bit overpriced but might be normal for munnar. Very courteous staff. Very helpful. The bathroom and toilets were well maintained and that was a relief. The breakfast though not a buffet was good and served enough portions.

Very nice experience. Good ambience. In the centre of city. Well connected. Allowed 24 hour checkout. Staffs were cordial.Good hotel and spacious rooms.The wash rooms were excellent & hygienic. Anyway I enjoyed the stay and wish to stay again.

Nice stay, good response from reception and hotel management team. They have not asked even our details during checkin. It is located in center of city. We visited 2 families to munnar. Best experiance. Inbuilt veg restaurant is available.

It has a very good vegetarian restaurant and family rooms. Deluxe and ordinary rooms are available at normal rates. They have good room service and staff are all very cooperative. It is situated away from the town but within walking distance. Many non vegetarian hotels are available nearby

Not a great hotel to stay in. Hot water constantly running out. There were bugs in the bathroom especially cockroaches. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, Bed sheets were filled with bugs. The room feels a bit dull and dusty. The bathroom was not that big as advertised. I contacted Oyo about the same and they haven't responded to me. So all in all a very bad experience and I hope they rectify it and make the room a bit more lively . And please do something about all the bugs in the room.

Decent stay they have separate floors for bachelors and families,Hot water and other facilities are good,Reasonable price over all pleasant stay

Nice room and nice staff. Check-out time is 12pm. 24 hour hot water available. Easy to find this place, because it's above the CPIM party office.The staff will give directions on how to see munnar. The restaurant is pure vegetarian and will open only after 7.30am.

Hotel is okay okay. Location is good. Parking is available. Have restaurant below. Room service need improvement. The biggest problem is hot water. I stayed there for 2 nights 3 days. Hot water was not coming in my room. In a place like Munnar, hot water is very much required. I complained this to reception. They said it will come in sometime. But it didn't come. Some other rooms were also facing same problem. I again complained. They said geyser is having some problem which will get fixed in sometime. But no luck. It was really frustrating. Such things can spoil your mood in early morning. Finally I requested them to provide me at least 2 buckets of hot water from somewhere. I complained to OYO as well as I booked via OYO. Later somehow they gave me 2 buckets of hot water. But this has wasted our time and this is really pathetic.
