Hotel Sivam Lodging - Hotel in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

I don't know where to start from ... Very bad hotel. The rooms are too bad to stay the washrooms are not cleaned properly. They don't even keep water bottles also. There are bed bugs, the bedsheets are not cleaned properly and also the pillow covers. Indeed a very bad experience just wastage of money . The rates are too high and they are not even Willing to negotiate whether you take one single room or a double room.

The rooms aren't that good. It's ok for single but not for families. There's soo much stains in bathroom. No drinking water, no dustbin's. Room with A/C is quite better to sleep, but non A/C is terrible. As a friend I suggest to go for better hotel for same prize. Thank You

HOTEL SHIVAM LODGING - Located in Chennai City. - The Rooms are not clean. - There is no parking lot Available. - AC rooms have demand but Those AC's are almost 10+ yrs old ( no cleanliness ). - The blankets,bed sheet,pillow covers... Etc are not cleaned on regular basis. - The PRICES are very costly ( around 1.2k for single room/single bed ). - Horrible Experience !!!!

The room was totally untidy with stain marks on the bed cover, it was an AC room with no water bottles for drinking. The staff were rude and totally unprofessional, it's not any value for money had shelled out 1600 for a night. Can find better places than this hotel

Pathetic stay !! I booked a room here for my easy access to airport. The photos of the room displayed in the website were pretty good and neat, but it was nothing like that in real. The room was untidy, the bathroom were like, you won't even want to step in there even with your shoes on. Moreover the bed was completely filled with ants, It spoiled my sleep there. I will never choose this hotel for stay even I had to stay on street for the whole night.

Bad rooms, bad maintainance & receptionist was asking for extra commission apart from the bill amount. This lodge is a red flag from my side. Nobody should come and visit. Pay a little extra and take oyo rooms nearby.

worst experience i have ever had. checked in at 12.30 night. gave 105 room which is almost on the road. lot of gaps in window frame and horrible sound disturbance of vehicles passing on the road. water pump of hotel is mounted on Wall near the window of 105 room and they started pumping at 2 o clock night. pump is making lot of noise. we didn't sleep the night at all bcoz of pump n vehicles. our flight is at 8 o clock so got up (not wake up) at 6 to take bath but power cut. had our bath in the dark bathroom which has neither window nor ventilator. overall damn horrible experience.

Non AC rooms are looks ugly. Not clean. Mosquitoes are comming inside the room. No Mosquitoes net for Windows. For this price another hotel is available nearby called New Mahesh Lodge. Looks good while comparing with this. Eveng though price is less than sivam Lodge in magesh hotel.
