The worst hotel i have ever stayed. The Ac was not working properly, no water in toilet most of the time and when asked they say some sudden issue and took hours, no cleanliness even in the toilets there were cockroaches running all over, the service was exceptionally bad starting from the reception. Was given room on the 3rd floor(don't remember correctly) and the lift doesn't go to that floor. Had lots of luggage and they didn't even care to help especially at the time of vacating. Complained about AC and Water issue 4-5 times at night and no one cared. The food was just ok and for that 1 star could be given. There should be negative stars given if possible. And yea it was 2500/- per room and we had taken 2 rooms.. even after frequent complaining and worst service they didn't even care to charge any less. Had to checkout before the time and find a better hotel.

The rooms are very very very dirty. Blankets and mattress are so dirty. Door lock is not working. Alcohol smell in the room. We have vacated and they have not refunded the money. They have taken extra Rs 500/- saying that will be refunded during check out and that also they have refused to pay back.

My Genuine Review... I Search Hotels in Koyambedu seen this. First, I saw the Reviews, most of the reviews about AC cooling is not good. Truth is Some rooms have Centralized AC and some rooms have Split AC. Split AC is good and Centralized AC is Worst. If you go to this hotel ask split AC in Reception, your problem solve. Other than this Food. Free Buffett Breakfast is really Good. In Lunch they 've Briyani it's also Good. But don't go to the Non veg Buffett b'coz it's not Worthy for the Money. Room is Spacious but little bid old. Good Parking facility. Good Room Service. Safe and Secure for Family. Worth for Money. Thank you..

Worst service ever, you can't expect a reasonable customer service here.. there are two girls in the reception.. total stupid and no customer obsession mindset.. don't ever try this property.. I reached the property at 11.15 am instead of 12 pm, she told that they can only do checkin exactly at 12 noon.. since I had booking using makemytrip.. this is a ridiculous behaviour.. since I don't want to spoil my mood, i cancelled my booking and walk away..

Front office reception staff will not respond to you. Will take their own time to see you. Room locks will not work each time you needs to call staff to open your room. Towels buckets are old not in condition to use

We went as 3 asked for triple room. We got double room with 1 extra bed. We got 1 extra bed at night 3am.(checked in at 8.45pm. Ac wasn't working a bit. I thought other reviews were just saying something but it's literal truth which I understood by the worst experience there. Food tastes fine prices though bit high it's fine. But they take 2 hrs to bring 3 items which u order. In short 1500rs local room will have better service and ac compared to this. If u feel u have money ,Ac is not needed but I will pay for ac and let my food come how late it want u can definitely choose this place. I was giving 1 star for the food taste which is gud. otherwise even that star I wouldn't given.

I stayed 2 days in the hotel .2 out of 4 lights in the room not worked .repeatedly remind the staff .they put one .lighting is very poor .no hot water.water tub is there .but no button to block the water path.,so we can't use the tub .but force to bath in the tub with bucket .very inconvenient.reception people force the guest to handover room key to them .at the time of check-in ,I told them that I am going to stay for 3 days. Wrote in the booking form also. Still I use to get call from reception daily morning and evening asking me when I am going to check out.strange no where reception people asking guest like that .nowhere reception people asking guest to handover room key , when you are going out ( they said ,when we take key outside they cut the " enablement of the key ,so I force to handover key ). breakfast is Buffett,but it is not served hot..VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Rooms are very much old.. Wifi is poor. Food they provide are good and tasty enough. Paid Laundry service is available. Sudarshan, Food & Cafe dept, he is always there for any of our needs and is very helpul and the Kitchen Supervisor Ma'am also enquires about the food and asks for suggestions to improve if any.
