I stayed here for my recent official trip to Bikaner. I must say the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. Being just a minute walk from Railway Station gives this hotel a great advantage. The rooms were nice and well arranged. Amenities were average but staff behaviour and service will cover each and every thing. Fantastic service and helpful behaviour of staff makes this hotel different from others. Food is too good. They have good options in complementary breakfast so that one can choose easily as per his requirement. Check in check out process is so smooth. The manager is so cooperative. Must recommend and will surely stay here again and again during my next visits to Bikaner.
This hotel so many advantages like: Very near to railway station. Good service from the working staff. Food is also good in terms of quality. The locality of this hotel is good. Where everything is available near to it. So, it's really an awesome stay for me here. I will definitely suggest this hotel in bikaner as the top notch.
Staff went above and beyond for me to have the best experience in Bikaner (from organizing private driver to visit the city to making sure where my bus stop was and calling a rickshaw to take me there). They were also very communicative during the day with constant recommendations and suggestions, a level of service seen in luxury hotels. Rooms were spacious and clean and the location, next to the train station, is ideal if you are traveling by train. The street where it is located gets busy at night and has many dining options. Very good price per value.

The Place in the vicinity of the Bikaner is a real jewel of the BIKANER City. It is a Heritage Property and had maintained it so. The rooms are quite big for the offered price considering them a Heritage Hotel/ Bikaner City/ and the quality offered.

The hotel is very near to Bikaner railway station - hardly 3-4 min walk. Excellent location. We directly booked the hotel over telephone, they didn't charge any advance amount, but confirmed our booking via WhatsApp. All staffs are very well behaved.
