Washroom flush tank was not working,Water taps not working...No telephone working.. High terrif but poor service
The parking is very dirty. Entrance is very dirty. Rooms were not so clean. Food: I didn't liked the food actually. Only rice and dal was good. Engagement Hall: Hall is fine and you can have 70-80 people in one time.
Not at all recommended to the enemy even. What a pathetic hotel. U better stay at the railway station but don't go to this hotel. Worst experience of life. Nothing was good at hotel, NOTHING.
I visited with my college friends for 3 days stay. AC was not working in our room. The hotel staff changes our romm atill ac was not working, we changed 5 rooms in this hotwl but ac was not working in any room. Hotel staff said it was a voltage problem but it ws not fixed even next day. Water in the washroom was very dirty. Small rooms. Though staff was friendly and food was tasty but that doesn't matter if u don't have room to fit in for. We had to checkout the very next day and shift to other hotel. Not at all recommended for anyone. 1 star is for food
every thing is fine in this hotel. neat and clean. but I think some renovation is required, like I stayed in room no 108. flash wad broken and not working. I stayed in room no 101 also. AC was not working properly. it was cooling but not up to the mark. food cost is little bit expensive, as per the quality. complimentary breakfast is just ok. over all good to stay. in the last, staff are very polite and cooperative.
This place are too much good for wedding and party's i love this hotel also for Kitty party's.

Receptionist was very Helpful and Professional. Good Spacious AC Rooms and AC Party Hall. Excellent Room Service, Quick Response Staff Team. The owner of the Hotel is very Friendly. Hygenic Restaurant Good Place for Functions and Parties. A Budget Hotel and Restaurant offering 24X7 Service. The Restaurant in the Hotel may be rated Higher on the basis of availability of Restaurants in Satna City and also for Quality and Quantity of Food, which according to me is really very Tasty. The Ambience of the Hotel is Fantastic. Enough Rooms available for Guests coming to attend Marriage Party or any other Functions. Completely satisfied with Food, Staff and the Hotel Atmosphere.
