Hotel Shivkrupa - Hotel in Pune - Pune, India

The hotel claims to be two- three star but I can assure you that it's a simple budget hotel. The photos are all hyped up. The hotel is just an extension of the restaurant in the ground floor. The room charge is also high. The only pro is that it is adjacent to the railway station. One should not expect anything at all.

The location is amazing, 24 hrs flowing road, with autos and cabs readily available, very close to the railways station and metro station, also located are two major hospitals of Pune, over all the location is good but also the rooms are reasonably priced.. lift facility for elders is available too... Thank you had an amazing stay

The staff's service was abysmal at best. Unfriendly, unresponsive, and utterly indifferent to guest needs. Requests were met with apathy, creating an atmosphere that made our stay far from enjoyable. A clear lack of commitment to customer service left a lasting negative impression.

The rooms are veryy clean and the hotel is located near the railway station. The staff is very cooperative and the prices of the rooms are reasonable. The food is deliciousss. AND THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST IS NOT A SCAM

Good service and decent rooms at fair rates... location is centre of the city so commuting is very easy, moreover railway station is very close by also is the ruby metro station... Thanks

The hotel was a disappointment from start to finish. The room smelled musty, the bed was uncomfortable, and the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. To top it off, the breakfast was subpar, leaving us with an overall unsatisfactory experience.

Breakfast was a problem - no variety and service was slow. The staff's behavior was disappointing, making our experience very unpleasant. It's advisable to explore other options for a more enjoyable stay.

We Eight friends went on a wildlife photography trip to Saswad near Pune. We booked our hotel by calling them directly and got confirmation for four super deluxe rooms with double occupancy. But when we reached Pune, the hotel manager called us and said they changed two rooms to three-bed and one to a two-bed without telling us earlier. He acted like he was doing us a favor, even though we had paid Rs 8000 in advance three days ago. Luckily, we met the hotel owner, explained the situation, and he gave us the four rooms we originally booked. Two of the three-bed rooms were fine, but the two-bed room was so small that if you put your luggage near the bed, there was hardly any space to walk. This experience taught us to research hotels better before booking. We won't be booking this hotel again.
