If you can imagine the worst hotel to stay with family, this is worse than that. No cleanliness, no hygiene, room is so dirty, with you and your family, cockroaches are also ur companions on bed on walls on table on chair everywhere, intercom ph is dummy ph, you need to visit everytime the ground floor if your not at ground floor. The bathroom is too dirty, geyser and ac they control from outside, if you need these tell them again and again, it should be kept open when guests are there. Dirty and spotted bedsheet, smelly blankets, smelly rooms, dirty walls. TV is dummy. I booked hotel online from agoda, no toiletries, towels and water bottle provided. Charged for a bottled water. Parking is not there, the hotel is in a narrow passage, and the park at your own risk. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Any positive reviews here are fake. Pictures of hotel also of of inauguration. Staff is useless. What is the carry with you once you left the hotel is cockroaches. There must be cockroaches in your luggage. Please check carefully. This hotel killed my vacation Vibes.

Worst experience. I recently stayed at this hotel cum "Dharamshala" with my family and my newborn. Seriously it was really very bad experience we had faced during the stay like: -the room is not properly clean floor are so dirty with dirty bedsheets and pillow, the room having lots of mosquitos and cockroaches everywhere. -washroom are more dirty then room having broken taps,geyser not working as well as having very bad smell like "shochalaya" and pan masla cig. Is every where -Specially the staff working there the don't have sense to talk as well as the manager. During the stay we requested for the basic requirements which we have to provided during the stay. We paid for AC room but the cut off the AC for whole day even though the electricity is not there so we have to bring water for bath from outside..and so on. I highly not recommend this hotel to anybody because we suffered alot with small kid...0/5

I recently stayed at a hotel and honestly, I was extremely disappointed with my overall experience. The state of the rooms was very bad, with old and worn-out bedsheets and a noticeable presence of cockroaches. Despite bringing this to the attention of management, they appeared to disregard the issue entirely. Adding to this, the basic amenities such as the water geysers were not functioning, and when requesting an extra mattress, I was given a piece of foam that was incredibly uncomfortable. It was evident that the hotel was poorly maintained and lacked basic cleanliness. The actual room images are way worse than the images shown here(which looks like clicked at the time of opening). Based on my experience, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is worth paying a little more to book a better hotel with proper maintenance and cleanliness. If considering this hotel, please check the room first before giving any advance but I would urge you to reconsider your options and choose a more reliable and comfortable option. There are many good dharamshala/hotel near to this hotel which is a good alternate.

It is the worst experience i had in this hotel. 1st there was no proper ventilation 2nd there was so many cockroaches in this hotel 3rd the display property photos was not same as when we visited to that hotel 4th there was leaking of water in all taps of bathroom 5th all the windows was broken 6th we didn't like the room and they forcefully showed us other rooms but all the rooms had above problems so we asked for refund they didn't agree for that and after long argument they didn't refund and we left the place from there Never even think of staying at this hotel BADDEST HOTEL

Very bad experience.. dirty rooms staff behaviour is not so good.. AC was turned off multiple times yeah bol kr ki light chali gyi h very bad experience.. dirty bathroom no water facility is available in bathroom also. They don't even change the bedsheet and pillow cover

Worst hotel with 0 amenities. Cockroaches in the room . Tidy smelly toilet. Rude staff . Blanket and bed sheet are not clean and hotel don't have extra to change . If you want a refund staff ready to fight. I made a call to the police for my refund.
