Most hopeless hotel to stay. AC not working. TV not working. Bath room not so good. Restaurant only available after 9 o'clock so have to wait for morning tea and breakfast. Not at all a star hotel. You have so many options around. Will never stay again.
Its not a 3 star hotel.
Rooms were clean, its on a good spot.
There were small this and that issues in both rooms i booked.
AC was working well in 1 room, in other it was half dead but did its job of cooling, slowly.
Food was good, gave 1 star more because of the in-house "Salsa" - named, restaurant.
Tea is free with breakfast, additional time its 50rs per cup, but its very good.
Free complementary breakfast menu is same for everyone(they claim it changes according to their chef, but for 2 straight days we got same poori sabji. We can order different menu breakfast by paying.
There is no room service, little to no ventilation is there in each room & we were 3 people in a single room they didnt say anything but charged Rs400 for extra mattress even they didn't give us extra mattress or pillow.
Decent budget hotel. Better than a lot of other options I saw when I was there. Also have really good food than other fancier places in Port Blair.
Very courteous and helpful staff which will offer you authentic info and not like other hotels that look for earning "commission" out of you.
If you get a front view room then you can actually see some part of the ocean as well because this is on a hilly area. :)
We had been here for 3 days in last week of Oct 2019. Rooms are very small. There is no ventilation at all. They use some air freshener which has very strong and bad smell.
We changed our room thrice. Fan regulator was not working. AC was also not working properly. In one room, ice was deposited in AC. We experienced snow fall in Port Blair !!!
The service was not prompt.
It is better to avoid this hotel.
Genuinely kind staff and such a peaceful vibe , food is great but it'll depend according to ones taste , it was a great time there..one of the nicest care-taker and the people there , I'd recommend it!
