The location and ambience of hotel is good but service and menu is BAD. I checked in on 30 Sept. At night I went to restaurant for dinner. Since I was alone , the waiters were just not responding and we're concentrating only on groups. Second problem is that the menu & portions are group oriented. For a single person, there is nothing on menu & one ends up wasting money and food. Later when I retired to my room twice the room service rang my bell to sign on room service bills which were not mine. Overall, BAD EXPERIENCE

I didnt like it at all. Service is not that good. Everyone is confused. People have no uniforms at reception to wear. It is so desi. And they just ask for extra money like anything. Leave all this aside. I am still waiting for GST invoice and they havent given me.
