Located on Solan-Rajgarh Road. Though away from the main city, the route is populated on both sides with shops. The room had not been properly checked before allotment as there was no phone, the fan was working on one speed and AC took very long to cool the room. However things were attended to after complaint. The food and service was good.

It is a good restaurant worth visiting with friends and family. It is situated on the rajgarh road almost 5 kms from Dr YS Parmar University, Nauni, Solan. The food served is tasty when compared to the other restaurants they have great chefs for food at a place so remote. But they need to improve on the beverages served... their coffees n teas are not upto the mark...

We booked this place for my sister in law's wedding. The service was perfect and the staff was spontaneous and active. We did not have to ask for anything. They were on their toes ans served A class delicious meals and snacks. Our guests were happy and liked the arrangements.I would recommend this place for weddings, parties and other gatherings.
After reached in hotel i got very good gratitude as a guest of Shagun Palace during my meal in their restaurant, the attitude of staff was not good, totally ignorant , also got my bill so late, late service. Thanks to Ravi one of staff member who was good to us. Not satisfied by the service of shagun palace. As a travel agent i travel to different hotels restaurants but this hotel was worst of all.
average hotel with all basic amenities. Staff was very polite and helpful. All basic amenities available. breakfast was simple on order basis. buffet breakfast was not available.
Decent & clean rooms. Bit small for 3 persons. Staff is polite and helpful. Parking is good. Bit far from main city but view from balcony is awesome.It's near to Jatoli Temple. Amazing temple must visit if you are near Solan. Would recommend it
