A Disastrous Dining Experience at NAMASTASYA Our recent family dinner at NAMASTASYA was nothing short of a catastrophic experience, rendering it highly unprofessional and utterly uncommendable. The evening began with high hopes for a pleasant meal. However, our anticipation quickly turned into disappointment when the starters arrived. We ordered fish and chicken, expecting distinct flavors and ingredients, yet the fish tikka came with added chicken pieces, an unprofessional attempt by the kitchen staff to deceive us. Such behavior left us feeling disrespected and dismayed. The disappointment continued into the main course. The Kadai chicken and Rogan Josh, classic dishes known for their robust flavors, were a far cry from their expected standards. The Rogan Josh was particularly distressing, with mutton pieces so poorly cooked that they disintegrated into an unrecognizable mess, leaving only a thick gravy and a few bones at the bottom of the bowl. It was a pitiful sight and taste, unlike any decent Rogan Josh I've ever encountered. To make matters worse, the response from the service waiter when we raised our concerns was shockingly dismissive and unprofessional. His nonchalant reply, "sir mutton toh Aisa he hota hai" ("Sir, this is how mutton is"), was downright disrespectful and added insult to injury. In conclusion, the entire experience was nothing short of disgusting and unacceptable. The blatant attempt to deceive with the starters, coupled with the appalling quality of the main course and the dismissive attitude of the staff, makes it impossible to recommend NAMASTASYA to anyone seeking a decent dining experience.

Strategically located, bus station and railways close by. Excellent rooms , courteous staff, restaurant and room service available. Huge private parking for guests. Fair and transparent communication and billing. Excellent hotel to stay with family and friends. Accepts most payment methods.

The location is far away from the main market. But there is huge space for parking but when it comes to rooms I would say almost average and there is no lift if your room is on the 3rd or 4th floor. Don't expect buffet culture here because we were in the form of ala carte. I will suggest to explore other hotels if you get options.

In one word, if I have to describe "hospitality" it's Namastasya. Amazing ambience, highly obedient staff and delicious food. In all most happening place in Solan.
