While the hotel-staff tried there level best to satisfy the guests, they appeared overworked, stretched and out of sync with each other. This led to a confused environment resulting in delayed orders, wrong and untimely deliveries. It's a good budget hotel which can much improve its performance with small changes. Simple amenities like bathroom Matt, wiper and clean slippers can make a huge difference to guest experience. The in-house kitchen on the roof-top is not in good shape. It is not clean and also the staff accomodation is provided in the same place. The location however is good enough.

This is in no way a 3 star hotel and we feel cheated by the pictures and the good reviews The bad: the rooms were not even close to the pictures. The furniture has seen better days, there was dust on a lot of surfaces and the sheets were stained and had holes in them. We were lucky enough to have a room with outside windows but the curtains did a very poor job and keeping out the light. The fan seemed dangerously flimsy and there was no security box in the room. The good: the location is great, close to the Capitol complex and the park. The staff was ok, they were polite and helpful but quoted us a ridiculously overpriced taxi ride (2500 rupees to kalka)

The location is in a prime location. Places were easily accessible from here. The rooms were maintained very clean. The staff were quite rude. Otherwise no issues to be told.

Extremely bad experience, we booked a 2 bed room, they had bedbugs in their furniture, extremely poor hygiene in their beds and sofa sets, guys please do not book their rooms without checking furniture! You can be allergic to bedbugs like i am and i was awake the whole night, could not sleep. The bedbugs have a quality to adhere to your cloth and accompany you to your home, and they reproduce at a very fast pace, it can be extremely dangerous for your home as well!!

Had a very very bad experience. Had 1 night stay at hotel seven. Could not sleep entire night as this hotel has lot of bed bugs. Asked staff to change the room but they said that all the rooms are full. Had to adjust somehow for that night as we didn't had any option. Had worst experience here. Please do not opt for this hotel even for a single night. The basin sink also had leakage which is one more unhygienic thing here. In morning, when we asked staff to contact owner, his phone was switched off. These guys are least bothered about the inconvenience caused to the customer. Please thijg twice before booking this hotel.

To stay here was a very good experience .Reception and staff both were very cooperative and . A single girl can stay here becoz its very safe as I felt . Everyone was Helpful . After checkout u can spend time in lounge also according to your journey timing . Thank u Hotel 7 .

Recently stayed here and it was a very good experience overall. The location is a plus point and places like Rock Garden and Sukhna lake are close to it. Shastri market is a little far away though. The rooms are clean and staff is cooperative. Food was delicious and their service was fast. Although there is no lift, their staff carries the luggage to the room. Overall it is a very decent stay and also safe for women.

Don't take this hotel for any case. It's no hotel by any meaning of the word hotel. I was in an urgent situation at that time. To sleep in the car is better than that hotel, believe me.
