Ok type of Hotel, Had drink there with friends. Service is ok type not slow not fast, seating type old one type. AC's we're not working properly we have complained several time but owner is saying some technical issue. Food is ok type not exceptional type. Location is approachable and centre in town. Near to Namdev Chowk.
this very bad hotel I have stayed two days in hotel but currently is coming in bathroom taps. So I suggest people don't stayed in this hotel it dangerous for your life you can die it's not safe hotel very old products are in this hotel.

An above average hotel. Servicing and hospitality was quite good. Food was average. The only issue i had to face was water to drink, i couldn't get that on time. Wifi was not working good. Elevator was working smoothly, geyser was also working fine. Overall it was quite good experience. Attached pics are of corridor as i couldn't take more pics
Nice location, easy to access, well known hotel in city, good service staff, staff with helping hand nature, delicious food, with parking space, round the clock security guard, Neat & Clean hotel.. But, some issue I found there Like.. Rooms are spacious but not with present/current amenities which we find in newly build hotels. Everytime you have to ask/instruct for "Cleaning the room" at reception. They have charged Rs. 40 + 5% GST = Rs. 42 for "KINLEY" water bottle having Rs. 20 MRP. Better, you buy it from Pan Palour besides the Hotel.
