Hotel Sejour Luxury - Hotel in Srinagar - Budgam, India

My flight got delayed and I was very worried about my stay since I have never been to Srinagar before. From the flight staff, I got to know about Sejour luxury hotel and I reached here around 6 pm. The staff was so welcoming. Best part! They smile all the time. So refreshing! They warmly greeted me and assisted me in my stay. Mr. Saqib, the house keeping manager was so humble and helpful. He was very careful about my choices. He made me feel home! Now I know, Sejour is my hotel fixed for Srinagar. Highly recommend it!

While on our holidays in Srinagar we stayed in Hotel Sejour Luxury. It's excellent place to stay here.i would like to Special thanks to Mr Ravies For taking good care of our Family and provide us best services during our stay. Coming to rooms well decorated, Room heating are good at this winter season. My stay at Hotel Sejour Luxury was an absolute delight. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The luxurious ambiance and tasteful decor of the hotel created a relaxing atmosphere. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room, from the comfortable bedding to the well-appointed amenities, exceeded my expectations. The dining experience was equally exceptional, with a diverse menu of delectable dishes. The central location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the city. Without a doubt, Hotel Sejour Luxury offers a blend of comfort, elegance, and top-notch service that makes it stand out as a premier destination for travelers.

The Staying period over here was excellent. Especially the Services by the staffs was outstanding. The hospitality was awesomely good. Saqib hk manager and his team members served us very well and their service was absolutely fantabulous. The quality of the food was nice too. The two nights we spent over here felt really good.

Hospitality at hotel sejour was amazing. Specially we tourists landed there suddenly as our flight got cancelled. We were treated with extreme compassion and offered very good and cozy accomodation. The sumptuous hot dinner on such a cold night was absolutely God sent. I wish this property and the staff success always for their care. Specially I would like to mention house keeping manager saqib and saqib f and b for their care and help at every step of our stay. Room was fabulous too

Have stayed at the property for 3 nights and its a brand new property and the rooms are very much cozy. The food was amazing each dathey prepare new dishes and the taste was awesome. Just a single problem we faced was the electricity which is not an issue because whole srinagar is facing the same and the staff was very polite and very helpful especially Mr ravies was very much helpful in every way possible. The property is very near to airport. Would definitely recommend the property to stay..

As the names says 'luxury' it truly sticks to it . The rooms were pretty decent and with the best ambiance possible. The complimentary toiletries provided were truly premium . The staff here is way too friendly and sweet especially the receptionist Ravies and Owais were polite and courteous, ready to help anytime . Also the security guard is too humble and concerned . Overall the experience was amazing!!

It was such a great stay! Super comfortable and well kept place. My personal favourite were the staff, especially Owais and Shabir. So friendly and they have such a positive energy about them.
