Rooms are quite spacious and good with ample amount of space for ur luggage and stuff. Staff was also good as they provided early check in as well. Hotel is quite near from beach locations and french colonies.

Fraud hotel, no facilities at all even they denied to provide bill for accomodation, manager and other people talked in very irresponsible manner. Not recommended to stay here.

Very worst response ever faced from the booking staffs. While I called for booking 2 weeks before the concern staff members Gokul informed me not to pay the amount at that time asked to call on 24th or 25th of that month to confirm the booking by paying..now I called the team for the same. But they are telling that the price is increased and now I need to pay 1000 extra for the booking. When I informed their staff members only informed me to call on these date to confirm.they are not at all listening and blaming me. Kindly avoid booking this Hotel

Rooms always good and nice experience

I would have given 5 stars if some issue were not there but over all it's a very good place to stay and these are here . 1. Location - if you go by bus , it's just 1.5 km from bus stand , I went there by walk because I had just one shoulder bag. 2. Important places nearby- petrol pump - 800 m , restaurants- so many near by with goodfood, Theatre- 300m ( not a big one and you may not get hindi movie but it's there ) Shopping mall - 300-400 m ( pothys) I don't know if you know this name but if you are here in south for a long time I am sure you know how good cloth collections they have ( specially traditional ) . Taxi - taxi junctions are near by you will not have to walk to much Vegetable market - 250 m Actually it's at the centre point of market area so you will get everything. Electronic items - 300 m ( the electric item street is nearby . Sbi ATM - 0 m ( just at the gate ) Now I will tell you about the rooms and all - Rooms are big , with natural light and enough cupboards. Powerful air conditioning ( you may feel it's not remote controlled but regulator type but never bothered me lot. Washrooms are big without bad smell. Price is reasonable ( I paid 1500 / night for 2 people ) . They have underground parking area though it's small and ask them before coming here with your own car ) Reception guys are humble and ready to listen. They have both types of double bed rooms - single double bed type or 2 single bed type so it's your choice , you can tell them what exactly you want . There are two things I want to mention though one is personal choice and other is coincidental- The position of full length mirror is such that you can everything of washroom from the bed , for couples it's okay but if you are with family you may do mistakes. ( just keep in mind ) Second is , We booked two rooms , in one of them when my friend was opening the washroom gate , ac water spilled over him , so in my Opd they have not selected a good location for the ac .
