The hotel is located on sloping street at approximately 100m distance from main road. The rooms are good, give luxurious feeling but missing balcony. Our room was fully covered with curtains. So as such only you can enjoy closed space and interaction amongst yourselves.
The view of roof top restaurant and great hospitality is the major highlight of this hotel.
It is a neat and clean hotel. Location is excellent for both the airport and sea travel. All the staffs are very polite and service is good. Food is also fresh and tasty. Rooms are awesome considering it's tarrif. They also serve packed breakfast if you have to travel very early in morning, which is also complementary.price is 3000 / night
Every thing in the hotel are an excellent. Mostly hotel facilities and services are very good, extra ordinary staff of restaurant. We all 10 group members are very happy by getting an excellent services provided by the Hotel Seagull. I recommend everyone to stay here in this hotel whenever visit to portblair.

The 4 stars are for the service. The hotel is mediocre. The rooms are small but clean. The bathrooms are clean. Hot water is available. They do provide the usual soap, towel, and dental care. They have an attached restaurant only for the guests, so it's comfortable. Food is mediocre. Breakfast was decent.
The location was also fine. It's a busy, narrow road. But close to the airport, the jetty and several stores.
Deluxe room was good and clean having sea view rooftop restaurant and delicious food to offer. Service was also good and located near market.
Neat and clean hotel,location of the hotel is very good,close to airport and places to see.
Hotel staff is also good, cooperative and flexible.
Best part is we got packed breakfast at 5 am in the morning.
Excellent ambience, easy location, very much cordial behaviour of all the staff members including pic-up & drop facilities of hotel authority really made me a satisfied feelings.
The hotel and rooms are not actualy the same as shown in the onsite picture.There is no balcony with the room which is shown in the picture.Room is too small for three persons.No space for walking and keeping luggage in the room.Paid for three baded room but allotted double baded room.
