One of the best and most beautiful private rooms, garden sitting, cafe, and work-from-home setup. Nearby are Leh Market and the airport. I stayed in Sasar for three weeks, doing hikes and working from home. I also had good network connectivity. Next time, when I come to Leh, for sure, I will check in at Sasar and have no other second option. Also, Stanzin is an amazing host; he makes sure the stay is comfortable.
Good budget option close to the market. Home away from home. Great coffee!
Acho Tundup is a great host, Saser also makes one of the best coffees in Leh.
Beautifully maintained and hygienic with all the necessities.
It's a home away from home, for the owner and the caretaker were equally friendly.
Situated in a prime location with everything available close-by. No road side disturbance added to the entire experience. Petrol, groceries and food... it's all within the proximity. They also have two wheelers for people to rent. The place has a collection of different books and a chill outdoor garden to keep you relaxed; and a working kitchen too for people to cook in any case.
Amazing place, they provided parking space as weel as driver's room. They guided us for the tourist places in leh Sonam bhai even made our permits, The rooms were amazingly clean and the service was fantastic had a night' s stay there . Home away from Home
Had to stay here for the night but surprisingly it was a good place...
We took large room of 3 beds with attached washroom...
It was a decent room with well maintained washroom and the balcony
Price was just 1500 rupees...overall good place because of its proximity to market and all restaurants
Don't expect moon when you choose to spend change! This is a great budget option guest House that is clean, hygienic and approachable with some space for parking, though limited. The staff is very courteous, helpful and cooperative. Liked this during our Leh visit. Recommended for all tight-budget travellers.
Hard beds, some bugs (we had moths in our 2nd room), and hot water was spotty. Kind of par for the area I think. Price was fair and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend checking the room before you commit, but we'd stay there again. The upstairs rooms have a kind of rustic cabiny charm too.
