Third class hotel and pathetic service. Inspite of a confirmed booking the hotel denied check in. Even after confirming with their team that I would be checking-in late they denied stating that property is sold out. In order to grab extra money the reception guy straightaway stated that they havent received my booking details from goibibo which is absolutely false. When i contacted goibibo team to resolve issue the reception guy switched off the hotel mobile phone. The rooms are okayish and service is pathetic. Avoid this property. Better options available in nearby. Arrogant staff not willing to help.
The stay was excellent. Very well accessible from the railway station. The rooms were clean. I would always go to the same hotel for a stay whenever I visit Pune. Overall rating is 4/5 It was a good and calm place.
Very spacious rooms. Location near to opposite to Front gate of Railway station. All 3 star facilities and services available such as extra beddings, laundry, food etc.

I was only given one star because of the staff behaviour. Don't expect any service from there. They have no restaurant. You will not get even a coffee or tea from there. Room and location is very good.
Not too bad. But laundry & room service can be improved. Had to request to change the bedsheet and pillow case.. it looks like used and kind of oil spots on it. Even the fresh bedsheet don't look good. With overall experience and room etc quality, i think price is too high.
