It's a superb place to stay in, The rooms were super luxurious. The balcony had great view and it's location was perfect to checkout different places or buy goods. The service was very nice and had a very positive experience at our stay.
We booked the property for 3 rooms as there were 3 families, hotel staff gave us separate rooms at different floors. The staff was not cooperative, the owner himself did not take any initiative to settle things. Just by stating that customer satisfaction is our priority will not work, you have to work hard for it
The beautiful Mcleodganj at Dharamsala Himachal has variety of stay options. Sapphire has nice rooms with wonderful valley View.The staff is polite, helpful. Reasonable price and all facilities. Rooms are beautiful, good furny. Bathrooms are clean. Very good restaurant. Delicious food. The hotel is situated conviently at Dolma chowk, temple road and is just a few minutes away from famouns Tibetan monastery of His Holiness The Dalai Lama and other tourist attractions including Bhagsu, Dharamkot, Dal lake etc to name a few.
Not good The only best part is that this hotel is located in the heart of city else I don't find any good reason to stay here. Highly disappointed, there were cockroaches in the room
My experience was very bad with this hotel. I didn't expect such things on such amount of money, Manager behaviour was very rude they only care about money not customer service, housekeeping behaviour like same as manager. Lift is not working appropriate,we were confused. I didn't get required amount of water. I called them for water but unfortunately they didn't respond. The property is right in the middle of the mall road, balcony view is fantastic and the rooms are clean and hygienic..overall experience was good and comfortable..
The hotel was near main square as some other customer have mentioned. The view from rooms are also good. Parking is also available at a nearby property of their own. Staff is nice. The only downside for me is they don't have any heater in room. As someone from Gurgaon we feel cold very much. I was not able to sleep properly because of the cold. My advice would be to provide a blower in every room specifically in winters. Otherwise everything is good.
