One of the best premium hotels in town. Though I can't say much about the rooms for now. The restaurant is simply amazing. The bar also had a very quiet and interesting atmosphere during the day. The food is simply great. Service is faster than most premium restaurants and behaviour of the staff is commendable. Can't comment on the price, given the fact that it's a premium bar and restaurant, but it is still somewhat value for money tbh... Great place, great food, great service. Definitely recommended.
Strongly recommended for a business trip, close to the Airport, excellent breakfast, Rooms are nice, clean and spacious and comparable to any good hotel in the Metros. Spa and gym is an add on during your leisure time! Decor is very classy and posh! Hotel is in a nice area, with close proximity to a cool coffee shop, pizza and sub restaurants. Most welcoming hotel in the vicinity. I went there to book a small birthday party but the amount of love and warmth I got from the staff, it is unexplainable. I remember Mr. Sumit came and asked for details about the function and offered me juice and some snacks. I think that is what makes this place unique. People may not look wealthy nowadays but when it comes to spending for their loved ones, they spend crazily as if there is no life after that. So treating a beggar humbly and respectfully will take the business sky high. Because the universe rule is what we give, we get in multiple folds. All the best...
I didn't liked the place much, the service is horrible. We once ordered the food and they said that it's not available so eventually we ordered food online, the behavior housekeepers and managers was not ethical at all, they were making the costumers feel uncomfortable to be honest. The place is not good for those who want a comfortable and respectable stay. I personally decided to not go there anymore and I advise others to do the same but still if someone wanna visit, it's their own choice
Restaurant food quality very bad. Not properly cooked; no tastes in Schezwan items; high preservative used in vegetables. The staff would handover a torn, dirty menu card after you occupy a table.
Went to the XENIA restaurant on a Sunday with family and it was horrifying. There were no other customers but the food came approximately 1-1.5 hours late after ordering and their excuse was it's a "Sunday". Food was below average. The wait staff were extremely non chalant and lazy. After pressing a " sewa bell" placed on each table for more than three times, a wait staff would lazily appear , take the orders and disappear again for a good 40-45 minutes. The orders taken also came wrong and were argued that we said it wrong and then later apologized that they "read it wrong". Over-all, only go if you've plenty time in your hands to waste for an extremely below average "starlike" experience
