I had booked the hotel for a work related trip. The deal on goibibo was great. Firstly the location is great, near to the Chennai Central railway station. It is of great convenience. The amenities were amazing and overall a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended for a short/long stay.

I will never recommend anyone to stay here. Room are not in a good condition, it was very dirty and smelly.Washroom was not clean, awful smell was coming from the Washroom . Also didn't dare to drink the water that was provided to us. Don't get fooled by the Photos added in the website. Hotel looks good from the outside but it was not the case, from inside, For sure wouldn't be staying here again.

Please Don't go this hotel.. Land line is not there Soap, bath towel, is anything not our room Card Swiping machine always not working It's not Business class hotel.that is no star hotel.Rooms are very local condition Bed sheet and pillow very dirty Toilet condition is very dirty I don't recommend it.please don't book by looking photos. Room not maintained properly, Room cleaning and service boys are very dirty and misbehaving. And my amount waste . Plz don't booking and don't go this hotel. We went to Chennai for 2 days and booked this hotel through gommt ,1 st day we booked sand triple room , we got amazing welcoming from the hotel , the guy from the reception was awesome ( energetic young man ), rooms were large, neat and clean so we decided to extend our stay for 1 more days & booked another rooms through gommt (sand premium ) .Unfortunately the receptionist was changed for second day ...front desk guy( old man ) were worst and indifferent ..rooms are worst quality...gloomy ambience.. very bad chemical smell everywhere since they done pest control for few minutes back for the same day check in guests.. I have informed all this issues to front desk after check in & they arrogantly misbehaved with us and told to check out from there. I complained to gommt & cancelled my booking in last minutes. my humbly request to the management plz improve ur staff n require for some training of it...

Room condition is not good at all. This is a very low class hotel. It doesn't deserve even a single star. Staff is absolutely rude.

Terrible experience I would say. I had to spend few hours before I board the train and that's the reason I opted this hotel for hourly booking via goibibo. We got 2 rooms for 3 people in the booking and when entered 1 room it was completely stinking and the blanket and bed was so wet. We informed the same in the reception and the response was so pathetic. They told we guys booked it for few hours and nothing can be done. Then asked to stay in the other room which was so small and the washroom was as small as which we see in the trains. Give some training for the people who are there in the reception on how to behave with customers. The reaction was as if we went there for free.

Good room but needs little more cleaning, we did not say it to management, but the management was ready to look into all issues, we were busy and didn't bother about it. ... . service on time, in terms of complementary breakfast and providing customer needs.
