Location is good. But service is pathetic. Restaurant menu is toooo expensive, they offer very less quantity. In full only a person can have. They don't even know how to serve tea in a room. They don't even have a staff to help a guest to carry their luggage. Guest has to carry his luggage on his own.

The worst experience of my life with the hotel. The rooms had nothing inside it. No amenities no proper lights, not even a night lamp in the room, unhygienic washrooms, and lack of service. If you stay here you will not get the taxi soon. And the hotel staff does not help for the same.

Hotel Location, View from hotel, Food everything was nice, Stuff behaviour was very nice and helpful. Wish to visit again during my corporate trip as they helped me in every aspect and try to provide me the best comfort.

Horrible experience Don't go by rating, earlier staff left in COVID-19 pandemic and all staff is new 1. Some idiot built this without thinking of view, room in place of bathroom n likewise. No rooms has any view 2. Staff has No IQ, dumb and careless 3. Food is worst part, they won't even give proper meals 4. Any food ordered is always late by 1Hr, 2 Hrs.. And tasteless 5. Even if you request and tell 2 days in advance.. dumb staff doesn't remember anything 6. There is no parking space n hotel vehicle will occupy any space left There are lot of options better than this lousy place, genuinely avoid

Rooms are small but good. Location is perfect, view from room is cool. Problems as followed. 1. Overpriced 2. Service is not good 3. Overpriced food with less quantity 4. Staff not listen properly. I went there with my family and including my grandmother who is nearly 75. I asked them to serve them food in room as she cannot go up and down but staff said no she had to come down else room charge will include. They have one common area for food where you can come and eat. I had to take food for my grandmother in room later and for collecting the plates back they are asking room service literally i had an argument with them and they include i dont know what kind of taxes in every food item. Scammers My visit was on 22nd to 23rd october 2022.

value for money.Clean well maintained with mountain View rooms in budget. Well behaved staff. Property owner Mr Samrat and Staff Mr Suraj planned my trip very beautifully. Fully satisfied by their hospitality in all aspects. Though hotel is bit away(only 1.2km) from MG road but you will not regrate after booking.

Following would summarize the pain points that we had to experience as a guest to this so called "hotel". 1. No electricity since 6th October 2. No water since 6th evening 3. Broken bed 4. No hot water with damaged geaser 5. We had ordered food at around 6pm prior to two hours before arriving at the hotel on 3rd Oct however when we reached we were being told that the items ordered by us were not available and we had to grab at whatever was available causing a lot of issues to the entire family and the children and that too food was served after 11pm after having to wait for 3 hours 6. Incorrect food bill prepared on the day of check out (both copies before and after correction attached) 7. We had to change rooms even after doing advanced booking as the rooms weren't available and then when they shifted us to another room, we observed that the room including toilet wasn't cleaned properly and ongoing renovations caused a lot of issues. The rooms given to us were not children friendly as there were staircases inside the room from where one of the child fell down and got hurn on the last day. From our overall experience, we would give this hotel a negative rating and wouldn't recommend this to anyone. We were a family of two with 6 people including two children staying with us in this hotel

No service at all. Power cut whole night and no back up is there. Geyser is not working. Manager was also seen once during my three days stay. Book room at your own risk. They reshuffle my room two times in three days. Bed and sofa was broken. No food available. They add extra amount of food in the bill. Please read carefully before paying. Dangerous room if you have kids with you as there is staircase inside the room. They is no mirror in the room. Guys please enter this hotel at your own risk. Bathroom is too small. One can't even bath comfortably in bathroom.
