The owner was good, the guy at the reception was good but they had a cafe where the staff (the man with a tatoo on the neck) was very ill mannered. I was standing and looking around and he looked at me top to bottom multiple times and almost threatened me. He said "kya chahiye, kya kar rahe ho yahan," in a very threatening tone. Not a good place for families. He started arguing in an ugly manner. I had to fold my hands and say sorry and leave. Obviously it was their area and he looked like a goon. The blankets were very dirty and so was the washroom. Stained toilets.
Location is ok i.e. near the lift but, rooms are overpriced with no ac and paying in excess of 2500.. area<100sq ft.. small washroom and wardrobe... Beds are also old styled...
Worst hotel ever.. Don't even deserve single star.. Booked it for one day,,.....at this price you will get much better hotels..,. Small, dirty rooms with cobwebs and other insects.... and when Asked the room service to clean the room they denied saying you must have opened the doors or windows thats which is causing the insects to come in. Worst management. They will cut the landline after 10:00 PM in the night and you have to come with down with stairs for any assistance needed as there is no lift.....in night all hotel staff are drunk and they will not listen you...if you want food, don't expect anything, they will close their kitchen before 10:00 PM and only plus point is Location that is near mall road lift. But if you want good hotel you can check others
Nice location. but sagged pillow and mattress, tangled tv wiring in front of you is very irritating, no lift but not issue with me. cleanliness OK. staff stares too much

Hotel is located at Mall road at 10m away from the tourism lift. Room number 114 was good as we can watch the entire shimla night view and can breathe cool air. Hotel service was good provided by bhim bhaiya.
Special Note = Bhai dal makhni mujhe bhi banana sikha do, abhi tak ka sabse swadist tha.
Worst hotel...I request everyone think twice before booking this hotel. Food provided by the hotel is very worst quality...Dirty with bad smell blanket, nasty bathroom.. irregular water supply. Broken tap...Very small sized room, very bad quality bedding with dirty bedsheet...Very narrow passage on entrance....Very bad ambience on the room... Maintenance less..There is no lift... Behavior of the stuffs are very bad...Dark room with minimum light....
I have very bad experience in this hotel , I stayed room no 19 for 2 nigts, toilete not upto the mark , room size very small , bed and assories are not clean properly, foods quality are not good , utensils are not washed properly , as a hole I am completely dissatisfied
