Hotel Sambit Royale - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

Highlights:Well trained soft spoken reception/front office. Facilities as per promise. Neat rooms.Good and prompt service. Low lights: Limited no of boys in room service Absence of mosquito liquid and slight leakage of water from the flush can be rectified. Spacious room,Power sockets,Work table,Table lamp and calm environment.

Very polite and decent behaviour of the entire staff. Specious room. The restaurant is also attached. The staff obliged my request to accommodate me three hour's before the check-in time with a little charges. The odds are: Wash room taps are leaking continuously. There is no mobile charging point available and whatever is available is also not working. We have removed the TV connection and charged the mobile one by one. No toiletry items have been provided. AC pipeline was leaking and falling on the floor, which is dangerous. Only tube light was working and the fan was with high speed mode only. I request the management to take a note of it and make the rooms visitors friendly.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The unhygienic room, mosquito infestation, creaking bed, and unpleasant smell made it a waste of money. The washroom was poorly maintained, and the charges were high. The only positive was the hotel's good location. However, the negatives far outweighed this single advantage.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

I have visited here twice. Food sumptuous, hospitality best, property manager gives special care to all guests. Neat, clean, tidy, full safety, excellent staff

Rooms are quite spacious, clean. Loved the fact that they had foam pillows. Bathrooms can be improved though. Service at reception is really good. check in check out is very swift and hasslefree. But the restaurant service is terrible. Took 1 hr 20 min for 'plain roti and egg bhurji'. They said like their man has taken it already to deliver at room, and still nothing for 20 minutes. In short, reception good, restaurant bad. This is near Rajmahal. Easy to get cab n autos anytime. But make sure you have selected sambit royale because there is a sambit palace and a sambit nx hotel nearby.

Nice cozy room in the prime location of rajmahal. But the service was not of 4 stars rating. There was no landline in the room. The tv was not working when i reached @12pm till 7pm. They clicked a picture of me n my gf and said the pic is for their data.

NEVER TRY THIS...Overall DONT Looose MONEY & PATIENCE. Worst maintained OLD building, Unhygienic room, Non-working geysers or non-stoppable geysers, they have reason for every mistake identified.
