Fruad Hotel. I Booked in the phone and the receptionist asked me to use 'No Bill Booking ' and get cheap rooms but make full payment and Booked a 3 person room. But while Check-in said all rooms were booked, I entered the heated argument and got a room but it was a 2 person room. The room is also not so clean. I will not recommend it if you want a friendly and hygienic room.
Good room's. Good ambition. Small reception. Good service. Very near to new bus stand but one way for small distance made me to take more than 1km driving. Clean rooms. It's in roadside still felt very silent inside room. Near to multiple veg restaurant Narrow roads for parking. Thought there's no parking. But there is 7-8 cars can be parked inside underground parking.
The best thing is the location. Our conference was in the hotel on the right and our meals were at Ananda's on the left. It's located in the business area so there is no great view. The rooms are well appointed, no complaints.
Spent one night for family function, the room was not maintained hygiene. Cockroaches are roaming in all the places and you can see the bugs are running here and there in the bathroom too. Bed cover has rat bites of holes. Dust bins look dirty. The only good thing was the location but need to improve on the quality. Otherwise it's waste of money.
Last week we reached by 3.30 am morning there asked to vacated room next day morning same time we requested than he is asking us to pay per day money and u should vacate by 8 am in don't recommend this hotel they don't respect the guests there are treats like unwanted people waste in rooms No Ac is working dirty rooms and bathrooms. If u complain also no response. Immediately early morning There call to pay only money matter no humanity I paid extra for 4 hours. There is manner way to ask money such a waste hotel
Recently booked 7 rooms for my engagement Which was on July 7 23 for my relatives and guests Every room was pretty decent and clean It was very close to all amenities and shopping zone The railway station was 3km away and busstand was very nearby The had parking facility in basement They don't have restaurants but the room service guys buys coffee and breakfast from other places If your looking for a pretty decent and economical hotel near bustand This will be the perfect choice
The hotel is well maintained and staff is responsive. Water heater is of large capacity so be aware that it can give very hot water for long time if you like hot showers. And it is highly recommended that try to use tap for bath as shower is too hot to handle on skin. The hassle free recognition of the place by the locals here which made my travel from my arrival point in salem to the residency very easy. Check in was fast. The option for ordering from swiggy and other online food delivery apps is biggest advantage for me and the best part is all were in the delivery range of 30 mins which is very good for food delivery without any address issue.
