Generator service is very good. Even split A/C work here during power shut down. Still to improve the quality of the rooms. Need a coat hanker, Split A/C not that good. Room boys service is good.
Advantages: 1) The staff behaviour is good 2) If you are a pure vegetarian (the hotel is a mix if veg and non-vegetarian food), you can order through swiggy and hotel will have it delivered at your doorstep Disadvantages: 1) The size of the rooms for the cost, seems overpriced with small spaces 2) The location is dingy and will leave a bad impression the moment you enter the road where the hotel is located 3)The elevator worked when we checked-in and that's it....they switched it off and said maintenance...we had to climb 3 floors everytime we moved out of the room All-in-all: Search and you will find a hotel/stay better than this for sure

Rooms are average for that price, located in small cut road very tough to reach, complimentary breakfast was great, they have arranged vehicle to pick me about 2 km but charged Rs300.00 after bargaining. while vacating the room i arranged in uber which cost 113.00/- not value for money.the team service and support was good. Too friendly.
This hotel is one of the good option for Airport transit which only 4 km to the Chennai Airport. Their service was okay, and feel that they can improve the services.
