Hotel Sai Jagannath - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

I would have rated it 5* because everything was good. 1 thing i wasn't okay with was when they used my phone and put the rating on their own without my concern. This was the worst thing guys. Your hotel is almost perfect at everything but please don't rate from customer's phone without telling them.

Manager is so co operative I have never seen ever... Really nice stay there. Will come again. Rooms are very well maintained and food is also very tasty

manager charged extra money before giving room to my family however i fully paid the amount at the time of booking manger is also not attending conference call from oyo helpdesk with customer never ever go there they are beggar and dacoit both at the same time.

The most hopeless hotel I have ever been to. They give you dirty room filled with previous guests hair on the bed,room not cleaned,bed sheet and cover contains stain. Yet they say they have dry cleaned. Bed bugs were there, I had to leave the hotel at 2:00am just to get peace. Don't ever visit this hotel.

Terrible manager and some staffs . Room was good . But ..... the behavior of manager and some staffs are like illiterate n rude . The manager was a thief and money minded person. He gave gyaan about professionalism that if you check out after 11am you will have to pay fine of 200 . It was not written anywhere or nobody told us . They called us at 11.25 am to leave the room . Ok that's your professionalism But what about the jet spray which was broken and not working , we ordered food from your hotel ..you gave it after 2 hours but you said you have no plates to serve ,the bedsheets were not clean , n there is a way to talk with customers. The manager never listens to you and only starts yelling loudly . Literally he threatened us nd behaved like aap uska paisa leke bhaag jaoge .. he ordered his staffs to close the door . very cheap mentality. what kind of professionalism is this then !! We stay 3 couples for 3 days and paid almost Rs10,000 and after that also he was behaving like we took his money and run away .. He started yelling aap jo cold drinks kal raat leke gaye the uska paisa kab doge . He don't talk or ask .. He just yell . Horrible manager. I would never recommend Hotel Sai jagannath to anyone. Because how they treat you matters after hygiene and privacy. Edited- Dear viewers , If you give a bad review, you must consumed alcohol that day . What can we expect from him .. He yelled at someone who was saying I'm ill . That's how he treats his customers. For God's sake, manager be honest to yourself first . Your staffs must be laughing at the story you made here .

The staff behavior was not goood at all M really disappointed But rooms were really goood. Hope they would improve the staffs service

I came from Kolkata for my papa's treatment in AIIMS hospital. I had a wonderful experience during my stay in Sai Jaggannath Hotel. The food,room,,staff are very good. All the credit goes to the Hotel Manager Mr.Rana Deb.Thankyou sir for your hospitality. One request please do something for the beds cause they bounce a lot.while sleeping it is disturbing and body pains next day.

Thiefs are working in that hotel. They stole my new royal Enfield helmet which was just 7 days old. They denied showing CCTV camera. I will fire an FIR on them in Khandagiri PS soon.
