I had booked this hotel for 3 hourly package in Goibibo. But hotel personnel do not accept hourly bookings. His attitude is very rude. If Hourly booking is not acceptable, why they register on that app?. Pls don't book this hotel
We booked the premium room few days before checkin and tried to checkin at 4:30am, person at reception dont have any information about our booking and directly said no room available. We had argue and make him understand about the online booking.

They deny booking even after paying the booking amount. Stay away from this fraud property. They will take money and don't give room.
The worst ever hotel/stay area which is in chennai. Poor service and maintenance. AC not working in most of the rooms. The worst ever hospitality or service we hav ever seen. Never ever suitable for stay. Disgusting behaviour of the owner of the property as well when we approached for the faults in the room. There is no tv there is a ac but it's not working at all they will charge the hotel including breakfast but we won't get the break fast water bottles but we have to pay everything we won't get anything from them they don't care about the coustomer satisfactions and all simply they will charge more so please read the rewievs before going to this hotel I'm staying here from 2 days my room was not cleaned please don't choose this kind of hotels before going to the hotels please check the reviews then go
Useless Hotel and Staff. Very rude staff. No cooperation. No kitchen in the hotel. Location is in the Industrial area. Unfortunately booked it. Though the hotel was empty, charged 500 INR for early checkin.
