The staff was very rude they denied checkin and said we hav alrdy given the room to someone.. the guy did not turn the lights on till i asked him to and the fan and ac were also not on at the reception .... Pathetic experience i am never ever booking oyo bcz of this experience

I will never recommend this hotel for the following reasons 1. Extremely poor maintenance of the hotel room They had kept a table near a plug point connection above which they had installed the air conditioner. In the morning the electricity was cut off twice. I had put my laptop for charge on the table and the air conditioner had started dripping water which we noticed later on. My laptop was damaged and a phone was damaged because of this. These are all electrical hazards!!!!! We complained to the management for our loss and asked them to fo the needful for our loss and they cleverly said that we are responsible for our property which was damaged because of their incompetance! I wonder if the same can be said if there was a damage made by the customer. 2. There is a epidemic of dengue in chennai and there was no mosquito coils or repellants provided even though it was made mandatory by the government. 3. Their bedspreads had alot of stains, Please check the room before staying there are better hotels in the area.

The Room was not well maintained, Very smelly and toxic. Bedsheets and covers are having much strains. The receptionist convincing us after washing also its coming like that. The washroom pipes,floors and mat are as dirty as public washrooms. Not recommended at all. Please consider this before booking here. I went with my family for a single day stay for refreshments. Had an bad experience to not to choose oyo rooms.

Stained bedsheets No proper cleaning No proper room service They will ask for extra money if u have booked using oyo app. Don't believe in photos that they have shown in oyo.

No cleaning in three days, light problems was there they said no electrician, I repaired it by taking a light from another room. Service is very much bad. For tea you have to visit 500 mtrs. Medicine shop near by.

Reception manager very Worst behaviour and rude. They were drunk every night I. Duty time

This is the best hotel my favourite spot and room cleaning and decoration and housekeeping and management very nice next time I am compulsory stay at this hotel

Worst hotel i have ever been to. We reached the hotel at 11:15 pm because we had a late flight. Upon reaching there we found that the room was dirty and the sheets were stained. So we asked them to change the sheets. But the staff refused and asked us to leave if we want. I was with my sick mom so couldnt change the hotel at night. We slept off in the dirty sheets. At 1am someone started knocking at our door. We didnt open and got very scared. We checked in another hotel very early the next morning.
