Hotel Royal Oak - Lodging in Navi Mumbai - Thane, India

The rooms are very small and beds are very bad and give you back and neck pain. The hotel is located in a quiet location with no restaurant nearby but they do allow food deliveries.

Rooms are okay. Hourly basis rooms so avoid if you have kids or teenager to avoid explaining those late night human noises. Service is okay. They don't have food service but they allow outside food. No restaurant nearby so plan your meals accordingly.

Staff is good and room clean and not food service also good . Best is reception boy he was good behaviour to all the customer

Decorations, Atmosphere, Interior, Facilities, Services are very good. Room are little bit smaller than expected. Breakfast was good, have lots of different varieties of food you can get. In bakery you have home made bread. I stayed 1 nights in Hotel Royal Oak in Navi Mumbai and it was wonderful and memorable experience. Hotel infrastructure was very good. I loved each and every bit of stay. Staff was courteous great hospitality and very prompt. Food was good. Room and washroom was neat and clean. All in all an amazing stay with lots of good memories. I must say we had a great time. It's a nice place with good food and friendly staff. They were always ready to help to ensure best services to the guests. Looking forward to visit this place whenever possible.

It was good and staffs were helpful.I stayed in suite type room & it was spacious with bathtub in bathroom. The sofas were old and floor cleaning has to be done more efficiently. it doesn't have lift and in house kitchen.

Excellent Service ,Starting from cleanliness and hygiene which is more important nowadays, the hotel staff have maintained the cleanliness in a very good manner. The rooms looked very clean and you can find sanitizers in every room and the hospitality is also very good. Rooms are very cosy the only con i found is that if you order for food it might take an hour or more but not a problem you can use swiggy and zomato.
