Food is great in taste with pleasant ambiance for family tasted chicken dum biryani chicken schezwan fried rice and jeera rice every item tastes good and having balanced flavours especially jeera rice... must try if u r in dharwad

Good food but the environment could be much better

I felt the chicken biryani is over hyped It was subtle in masala and the chicken quantity is less for the price . And the ambience is okay.Overall if you want to give it a try once you can.

I took Chicken biryani which coste me 170 for 1/2 , which was ok ok . One thing which I liked is "Green Chatani ". For water they charge bit more compare to normal one because water is of there own brand . Many told me they give great starters but I did not try any ,you may go for it . Conclusion one you go and try if you find it good go again or else you can drop it like me

I am writing to express my immense disappointment in the professional conduct of your staff at the Hotel Neptune, part of The ROYAL KITCHEN, today. I am a frequent visitor of your hotel, having visited on multiple occasions, yet this was my first experience of such rude and unprofessional service. I ordered the Biriyani dish, only to find that it was made with an overly-spiced masala. When I asked the waiter for some plain rice so that I could make the dish edible, he refused, and instead suggested that I pay for a quarter plate of plain khushka. This was really disheartening. To top it all, he had the audacity to say, "I know what kind of customer you are; you want extra rice free of cost and that most customers in the area are like me.". Given the premium price of Rs 110 per Biriyani charged at the Hotel Neptune, where other hotels offer this dish at Rs. 80, I would expect the service to be of the same caliber. Especially considering that you have a name to uphold with multiple branches in the city. I am making a Google review regarding this incident, and this review serves as a warning to customers. In the light of this experience, they should consider avoiding the Hotel Neptune unless they seek to be treated unprofessionally.

The food at the Royal Kitchen hotel was absolutely delicious. Every meal I had was prepared with care and attention to detail, and the flavors were outstanding. The restaurant staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend dining at this hotel to anyone looking for a great culinary experience.

Good place to have non veg in Dharwad. Chicken Ghee roast was good while Mutton Handi was not that great. Fast service and affordable.
