I stayed with my family for 4 nights in Hotel Royal. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathrooms are also clean. Hotel staff was very co-operative. Hotel Manager was also very supportive to guide us to see all the viewpoints in Panchmarhi. Overall it is a good hotel to stay with Family.
It's mostly bakwas hotel ever I stayed in those category and it's not convenient for family.. we booked 3 family room here but at the check in time he told us only 2 room available .. and your family adjusted in two rooms .. we shocked.. and he not refunded the 3 Rd room rent which hire on goibibo .. so ..we prepaid the payment so we can't do anything...and there is no room service..no ac. No intercom.. so every time we go to down and ask for something .. no hot water in our room.. No soap and Towels and most is Hygiene problem.. so we recommend to all please go other hotel .. and in this hotel there are only 4 room.. so big family keep away from Royal..
Good Hotel for comfortable stay. I stayed here for 3 days. Hotel staff is very good and provides good service. Hotel also has in house restaurant. It is near to market and other restaurants.
