Booked this hotel for marriage function...when baraat entered after anand karaj in the afternoon, waiters were rolling empty trolleys and manager behaved very rudely with us when complained. He said we don't serve appetizers after 2 pm though it is the duty of the hotel staff to arrange all those stuff for baraat. Manager behaviour was totally disrespectful. If you don't want to spoil your happy occasion, I would say a big No for this hotel. Worst staff, worst hospitality.
This hotel used to be one of my favourite place in amritsar. But this time I am highly disappointed with their services. The rooms and washrooms are so so dirty and full with cockroaches. I will never go there again.
I am visit this hotel last 8 years but today i am visit this hotel with family . vallet parking executive is saying CNG car and Lpg Car is not allowed parking. then i am meet hotel manger and he is saying no issue sir he a mad but i am park my car outside hotel seriously Very bad experience today .

Worst services, need renovation, all the beautiful pics about hotel or its rooms are fake or old. In actual the hotel infrastructure is outdated and interiors are dirty and broken. Even washroom equipments were not working for aome rooms. Do not waste your money and time on this place.
Terrible experience. We booked this hotel for us seeing the pictures on website on arrival we came to know that they are renovating the whole hotel, there was no cleanliness neither rooms were tidy. Washrooms were horribly dirty. Curtains n everything was no unhygienic. The booking was non refundable we had to stay there. There was no breakfast buffet. We had to manage just for the night so that we can have a place to stay over night coz we had kids with us.
