The hotel is situated at the heart of Shrinagar. Tourist places are near by. Moreover, The staff members and service boys are so Co operative and behave politely always ready to help. The dinner facility is beyond the Imagination as buffet dinner is available. The dinner management staff is polite, generous and ready to help especially, Mr manzoor, Meer Lateef, Mudasir Khan and Irfan. Thank you very much for making our trip Joyous.

Royal Batoo hotel is 2 star hotel. All the furniture is very old. Toilet is very bad condition as well as sink and shower . I wouldn't recommend anyone to this hotel.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms are spacious, smell good and washrooms are clean. The fourth floor rooms give spectacular view of the city. Restaurant is big with good number of seats.The Kitchen is super clean and easy to walk in. Food served (buffet breakfast and dinner) is fresh, tasty and with many items on the menu. The staff is courteous and the management is involved personally on daily chores and routine to extent the GM checking the meal every time it has been placed in restaurant. Head Chef Mr Iqbal Meer pays special attention to all the food requirement of the guests staying in the Hotel. Thank you for taking good care of me and family and serving us tasty cuisine. The Hotel is well guarded with parking space. The Location is very close to the Dal Lake Gate 01. Walking 15 mins. The Hotel Location is in the Street which is famous for Street food and tandoor items. The Street has small shopping stores and also street shopping. recommended for family stay and group stay. We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and very cooperative. Food was really tasty. Overall it was a great stay. Would highly recommend it.

Our stay at this hotel was not at all a pleasant experience.rooms are spacious but the bathrooms are highly unclean .despite telling the housekeeping staff to clean the rooms , they didn't clean.the food menu is limited.there is a waiter,who acted quite rude , used to keep standing near the single toaster for serving toast to his patron client and despite requesting he didn't budge from his place until he was done toasting a dozen of toasts for his favourite customer. Those who are foodie , will be disappointed by the limitation of the menu , the hotel keeps. Milk tastes like soap , tea tastes stale, paneer veg , paneer pieces are so hard .srikhand was sour and what not.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights from 17th July'23 to 19th July'23. The hotel is very beautiful. The room service was very good. The food was excellent. The buffet breakfast was very nice. The staff were very friendly and well mannered.

Service by hotel staff was good. Their breakfast and dinner spread was very good. The lobby and interior of the hotel was lavish.

Good hotel value for money...we stayed here for 2 nights..food was so good and tasty made by chef Iqbal I guess name is correct room service was excellent.. washroom was clean ...staff was so friendly...dal gate was only walking distance from hotel
