Hotel Royal Arabia - Hotel in Srinagar - Srinagar, India

Came here with family (9 people total. Includes 2 senior citizens, 3 kids) and we booked 2 rooms. The bathroom door was not getting locked. Room Heaters were not functioning half the time. When I complained about the room heater, all the day is that electricity is not there, even though they charge for the generator facility. Hot water was not available in the bathroom, only barely lukewarm water was provided in the bathroom from 8am to 10am and it was not available in the night (against the promise they made). Not at all recommended!

This is a must visit hotel, all the staff are very corporative and polite. The heating for all the rooms are also been take care very well. The cleaning and bedding is very well maintained. The security and policy of the hotel are very safe and strong. The main person with the best understanding and service is 'Nawab' please contact him whenever you visit.

My recent stay here was a complete disaster. The bedsheets, pillows, and bathroom were shockingly dirty. The staff, from housekeeping to the dining hall, were rude and unaccommodating. This was hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. A definite no-go for cleanliness and hospitality

We had a group of 49 people at this hotel recently. Mr. Irfan & the reception lady were very polite and helpful. They were doing their best for our group. The manager who was above them was very unprofessional. We paid thousands of rupees for DJ night and the manager forced us to keep volume low because others were getting disturbed. I was very disappointed. They should have not charged or should have informed earlier that high sound is not permitted. The rooms are very small. The food is not at all fresh. Especially the chicken. It was hard to chew. The food quality & room space was bad. I will never recommend this hotel for your stay. Just to add - They have an in-house clothing shop. The owner is very rude. He doesn't stay on his words. For his dignity, I am not exposing the deal. But avoid shopping at his shop which is inside the hotel. He speaks sweet but after the payment, he shows his true colors. The hotel should remove his shop for better customer service.

Amazing stay at this hotel in center of Srinagar. Service is at its very best and hospitality of the staff is less than none.
