An average hotel at a good location near Egmore. The building is very old and rooms require renovation. Room service is good and quality of food is okay. If you are looking for nearby hotels from the railway station, then it's recommended. Or else it's just an average hotel. Staff is good. Free wifi, and it works well.

Definitely not a pleasant experience this time. Very poor service and worst room facilities. To be very specific. 1) The bed spreads and towels look like 10 years old. 2) We stayed for 2 days and the rooms were not cleaned when we returned to the room on the 1st day. 3) The beds were not not made and they had not changed the Blankets and towels on the 1st day. 4) In spite of providing the room keys in the reception the service boy said it's your mistake that you didn't ask for room service. The restaurant was a nightmare 1) One Mr. sitting in the restaurant on the cash counter behaves like a boss. Very rude attitude, when told we have booked the room and even after telling the room number for breakfast he made us go to reception and call him and tell that we have booked a room and request to serve breakfast. He didn't even bother to call the reception himself. 2) They said breakfast will be ready by 7:30am, we were around 18 members from same company were at the restaurant by 7:30 since our buses will leave by 8:00 and only idli sambar and dose was available. 3) Very few options were served for breakfast and the taste was average. I guess they use baking soda as we had bloating issues after food.

it is actually a good place to stay. Room are small and compact but still manageable. service and staff are great. It's a old hotel but still it's good at the price at which they offer. Most importantly it's safe and good for every type of stays.
It was really a pleasant stay.. breakfast and meals tastes are really good..with cheaper rates compared to the other restaurants in the city...rooms are clean and all the required facilities are in good working condition. Thanks Rivera for making a pleasant stay.
