The rooms are quite comfy and you feel like home due to the great service provided by the hotel staff. The food quality is top notch and lip smacking. I was on a solo trip across North East and places of stay was important for me as I was wanting some comfort post my hectic day exploring city. I had booked Rimi because of its location, close to Palace and accessibility to markets. I was very happy with the whole stay experience as the staff made my stay very comfortable. The check-in was smooth, rooms and specially bathrooms were clean. The buffet breakfast had many options to choose from. I think the south indian dishes can be improved a lot but other breakfast items were good
