Pathetic, Disgusting, Unpleasant!A stay I would like to forget .Please be watchful while making the hotel bookings nowadays. Because these hotel owners are charging heavy amounts for your stay and providing almost negligible service. This thing happened to me during my 2 days stay at this hotel. The owner is operating with only couple of staff, no hot water, food timings are like hostel(you have to order within their timings), no generator back up(spend your night with mosquitoes), rude and non-cooperative behaviour from Owner himself. Rather go for other hotels who are genuinely operating with good staff and providing good service.

It is the best hotel in Satna. I had an opportunity to stay for five days. The staff is extremely courteous & co-operative and quality of food is very good and fresh. Beside being economical the cleanliness, decor and ambience is very high. Overall a good buy.

Only money minded people. unprofessional staff. even don't care if customer is booking regularly. they put me on hold for 40mins to clear the amount of 680rs as there POS machines not working. I travel a lot and avoid paying by cash. Although till date I made more than Rs 10000 payment to them. For formality manager told to pay in next visit after half an hour, but staff was showing me ATMS nearby. I was to nearly miss my train. Lastly although I was short of cash but made payments. They don't have any regards even on humanitarian ground. Worst hotel management and hospitality ever seen.

Well Hotel is just ok to stay. The main problem is the food it was too costly and also they are not having any restaurant we need to order food from the menu card which will be derived on room and each item in the menu card is listed two to three times higher of normal price so if you have got the breakfast included then you are simply being cheated by the hotel. Also I want to state here that goibibo did cheated this time to me as I booked hotel 30 hour ago and I paid 380 rupees more then if I book the hotel within 24 hours so it is a lot of amount for deference of 6 hours. Restaurant is written in Goibibo description but not provided by Hotel. An important thing even the shoe polisher we need to ask him every time if you need to polish your shoes. it should be provided in the room as other hotels do, they put it in the drawer. Evan tea bags were not provided.

We stayed here for 3 nights comfortably . Room was decent and clean , interior are pleasant all staff are friendly and helpful.I recommend this hotel because worth of money. The food was tasty and of good quality.My only concern is the morning tea should be served early.I am happy that I have selected this hotel...
