They took 3 to 2 times more than the mrp on the water, etc. They gave me non cooked chicken, I didn't satisfied at that day. Apart that it's a very good hotel for family, business trips. nice staff and clean and neat, some times very quick response. I would recommend the hotel for anyone.

Should have charging facility on both sides and should also upgrade furniture. Furniture and bathroom facility is not upto the mark. I like to have parking option and fully hygiene and clean stay. I also like to have proper facility like home.
Hotel residency is one of the best hotel in the city.Its at the walkable distance from bus stand. Room size is big enough for 2-3 persons but room furniture is little bit old which can be ignored. Breakfast at hotel has much options. Delicious food and hospitality is impressive. I will recommend this hotel for your stay in Jalandhar.
We stayed at this hotel multiple times between 2018 to 2022. We always receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and their club room are totally amazing.Staff of Hotel Residency made our stay comfortable and relax. All the staff were so kind and helpful.
