NO ventilation in the room, and During the checkout process, the hotel manager requested a checkout code. We searched for the code in the OYO app but couldn't find it, as it didn't exist. The manager then asked us to give a mobile and handed us a form to fill out. The manager, acting dishonestly, manipulated the ratings by giving his own hotel a higher rating.

The hotel was pathetic. Service was really really bad. We ordered mix veg for the dinner which was stale and we had to return it still they charged us for that horrible food. They did not provide hot water to drink ,when asked they said it will charge extra . Only 1 towel was provided on asking multiple times. The blanket did not have any cover. The entire experience was very bad. Please do not book this hotel. Moreover the hotel was very shady, if you are coming with family please do not prefer this hotel.

Room Theek Hai Bathroom Bhi Theek Hai Lekin Road Se Noise Bahut Jyada Aati Hai Aur Room Service Sabse Bekaar Hai Order Karne Ke 2 ghante Baad Kuch Bhi aata Hai Aur paani laane me bhi itna late jaise khana bana rahae ho. check out karne se 3 ghante pehle maine paani maanga tha lekin vo mujhe check karte samay tak bhi nhi Mila Room Service Ko Mai 5 Me Se 1 star doonga

Rooms are a little bit on the smaller side but they are cozy, air conditioning works properly as expected and bathroom was also clean. Didn't supply soap and shampoo though. Food is not that great but they don't allow outside food. Location wise the hotel does look a little shady but once you go in, it's completely fine and normal.

Oyo has now become worst platform for hotel bookings. It has happened many a times now you book a room from the app and then later the hotel denies you check-in. Consumer care call is always put on hold so virtually you can't do anything except pay more money to the hotel.

Rooms are okay. The bed was making noise. The staff was not that talented. Some fixed timings like breakfast will start by 9 am only. So if you wake up early you will have to wait till the cook comes and makes food for you. There were no blankets and asking for one answer was why it is needed. Run the fan slower. Okay for random 1-2 day stay in Gwalior, as some locations to visit are nearby.

Don't book this hotel via Oyo they will ask for extra money if you book here. Spoiled my vacation. The hotel receptionist is very rude and doesn't know now how to talk to guests. Be ready to spoil your time if you are booking in this hotel.

very dirty room and washrooms.mstaff is very rude and they take your phone and give reviews 5 star by themselves..that place is not safe for girls and couples at all .they will cancel your booking when your reach there and ask for more money to stay..and if you ask to change their dirty room they will tell you that other rooms are expensive
