Don't go by low review they may be old now hotel have seprate heater ac in room and best service . Prompt serivice and very good experiance and stff is helpful and prompt to reply. Great experiance and main plus point that it in heart of city.
Hotel looks good. Rooms are spacious. But cleanliness is a problem. We had to ask them to change almost everything in the room like blanket, towels, tea cups as they were not clean. Also they have some weird arrangement for the hot water as you don't get hot water after 9pm and have to inform them if you wish use hot water after 9. Although food and staff was good.
Hotel location is center of city. Surrounded by all main markets shops. Hotel rooms are spacious and suitable for family's Hotel staff are professional and friendly. Hotel also provide good economical travel package to explore the Kashmir Hotel restaurant also provide good food. Out stay was really memorable by all arrangement. Special thanks to team of Aqib,a Abdulrouf,sajjid and everyone.
