We used the bar, honest review, ambience was very mediocre, service not upto the mark n prices were not in comfortable zone.
Very nice hotel. Clean sheets & towels. Food at the restaurant was good (we had dinner from room service). Unfortunately we arrive just around closing time, and yet they offered everything on the menu. That was great. Locations is also perfect...just off the highway close to the city. Toilet and bathroom were neat and had all amenities one would expect. Overall a pleasant experience. Will stay here next time I have to spend the night at Salem.
Mobile charging points does not work properly. TV remote has problems. Otherwise, rooms are very neat and maintained
The hotel is located very close to the busstand as well as the railway station. The room is well maintained and the service is real quick. Good at the Fusion restaurant is good and the menu is fairly sufficient.

Good place to spend a night. Clean rooms and almost quiet. Booking thru their website gives you 24 hrs check-in check-out option and i did that. Complimentary breakfast was best. Parking is ok but the staff outside don't care if u don't know the language. Room service was prompt. Ask for turning on hot water in the morning as it's solar. U have a basement to park 4-5 cars overnight.
Went by google reviews and checked in to this hotel for a night's stay 2 days back. Was pleasantly surprised. Looks v nice with v good and clean interior * v clean rooms * v clean and well maintained bath and toilet * modest spread of complimentary breakfast- sufficient enough. You need to surrender the coupon pinned to the morning newspaper. They offer hot dosas but do not mention about it. Please ask for it. * v reasonably priced - we paid Rs 2520 all inclusive for 1 double, one night. * security staff were particularly v helpful. On the whole stay was v pleasant. Strongly recommend
