We stayed for a night with family, our worst experience ever, They did not give us the room they showed us and tried to charge higher than what agreed. Staff is rude and arrogant, specially reception person. and even owner doesn't have a sense of customer service. They kept us waiting for more than an hour to settle the matter. It's very unsafe and not worth risking our family. Don't stay here even if it's last option.
The worst experiences I have had here. Staff is so arrogant. I was here at Orccha for 2 days sightseeing out which my entire one day was wasted in hotel. You ask for anything staff would have only one answer "we can't provide" You will have to struggle for basic services which any hotel can offer. It was pathetic experience.
Hotel location is good. Owner is helpful and friendly but bathrooms were not clean. We had to change the room because of smelly bathroom. Someone has not even flushed after use. Room is too small. They don't provide any toiletries, electric kettle, tea bags and all. Towels were not clean. Ok ok type hotel if you are just staying for a night.
Comfortable rooms with clean and hygienic bathrooms. Delicious breakfast and good service by the staff. Would definitely recommend.
Very cooperative and Courteous staff. Rooms are very good and well maintained. Temple view from room glass wall is awesome. Overall it was a superb stay. Will definitely stay again.
This place is located in a very silent place in Orchha. It is a new hotel and so it is very neat and tidy. The staff is very friendly and courteous, always ready to help you. It seems to me like a value for money hotel that even provides free breakfast in the tariff below. There are 15 rooms available and since there is not much rush, getting a room is easy. Tariff :- Standard : Rs1500 Deluxe : Rs1800 VIP : Rs2200 Suite : Rs2500 King : Rs2500
Thank you for your warm welcome at you hotel! We had a wonderfull 2 days spent here, the room was clean and the AC done a perfect job. Despite its offseason and no other clients, we were served with the best food in the area. The staff was amazing, all of them going the extra mile to make our stay as much comfortable as possible.
Rooms are spacious, neat and we'll maintained. Staff is courteous and helpful. Since Orchha is a small town you face a few challenges that come with a place like this, but these small things are not a deal breaker. All in all its a good place to stay in Orchha as it is very near to the temple.
