Overall good. Bed was little dirty. Hot water was not coming. Fan was either very slow or super high speed. So unable to use that. Location wise it is very good. They have a good veg restaurant inside.

When you give a complimentary breakfast please let people know what the menu is and what can be ordered or better don't make breakfast complimentary. Some of your hotel service staff's behaviour is very rude, they are passing comments behind us and the expression will be like we are stealing the food from them.

All time favourite place. Good service. On time response. Restaurant only will be more busy all time because their quality and quantity superb. Overall superb

Unfortunately this was one of my favourite restaurants but not after the treatment and food my family and I had today. We ordered chola poori and noodles. But were drenched in oil. We informed the manager and his response was astounding. "You should inform that you want less oil!" I've heard of less salt or less pepper, but less oil??? He kept arguing with us like we were eating for free, does you staff know how to speak to a customer? He took the dish and brought another which had absolutely no oil, it was so dry! Why such revenge? Hotel Ram you've made your mark but to keep it you really need to keep the standard and quality. You need to do something about your staff cause even the waiters were just standing and chatting. I'm truly disappointed with the manager, the dish, the response, the behaviour and the treatment. Do take some action ASAP or you'll keep losing customers.

Room is very small if you book double size bedroom and they will provide extra mattress only if book with kids.. washroom and furniture is very old.. landline and wifi not working well . You need to ask them again n again to fix it. Breakfast is free and they will provide similar type of South Indian food with limited options only... Location is near of market and you can easily get auto for anywhere..

Very less staff available for room service. Restroom flushes are in bad and disastrous working condition . Food is decent . Parking area is not managed well . Any room service complaints will only be handled the next day especially any electrical or plumbing work is concerned as they don't have staff

Service was very low quality. Food was terrible. The servers fight hard to give the worst service and surprisingly all succeed in it. Food is delayed irrespective of how crowded the restaurant is. The lighting is terrible as well. Came to this restaurant several years and all the interiors is still unchanged. Legend says a rat came to eat the food, the food was terrible so it tore and ate the menu cards.
