HORRIBLE, PATHETIC service... Staff was very rude We booked 25 of their extremely overpriced rooms for the wedding, for 2 days and the next day they literally made the bride cry. They were scream at her, just because she needed 5 minutes to go and change. There was no drinking water available, no room service. People working there were not at all responsive. Do not recommend this hotel at all. Worst place to stay.
Worst experience at Rajwada palace, we visited here with my family 8people and 1 kid. First thing we have checked all the amenities before booking and for confirmation we called the hotel but when visited they have given the very basic room for us said that all other rooms are booked due to wedding of someone. Secondly when we return after sight visit they denied for the dinner said due to wedding function our kitchen are closed. As this is in outer we faced problems related to food. Third drinking water problem Fourth we asked for the TV as there was a India cricket match they again denied said "recharge nahi ha Tata sky". Fifth Wifi was not working. Pathetic experience and staff was ignoring for all the services. Not worth for money, no kids friendly..
Very bad experience with this place, will not recommend any one. Owner is very rude , behaviour was not good Cleanliness zero, wash rooms are in very poor condition, morning breakfast was rubbish ,no one liked this place. No proper parking.
An amazing hotel with responsive staff. Their rooms very large as compared to that I got in other places. Just for information the restaurant in hotel was not in operation. But that's not a problem considering there are many hotels nearby with amazing restaurants.
Situated at the main road before Orchha towards Jhansi.Rooms are good and spacious.

I stayed there for a wedding nice place,, good service,,the main thing polite staff very helpfull,, rooms are nice,, big and comfortable jacuzzi was also there So kids enjoyed in it,, very good experience. Some group of foreigners were there so it was fun as they also participated in wedding
