It was a great experience of stay at this hotel. We were on a corporate visit and we booked through 3rd party app. Check-in procedure was very smooth, in 10 minutes we got the keys after completing all formalities. Rooms are really nicely set-up with digital gadgets. Break-fast spread is good but can improve on quality of food. We met the owner of hotel Ms. Meera, she asked us about our stay at hotel and she was keen to ask the scope of improvement. It was such a nice gesture from an owner's point of view. We told our concerns about food and she promised us next time whenever we will visit we will find a change.
Very neat hotel. Good people are there to help you. Morning complimentary breakfast is extraordinary. Gave one star less due to his location. It's little outskirt of city and without Uber you can't go anywhere. But Elante Mall is in walkable distance.
We attended a bday party there. The food was really good. Staff was courteous. Washrooms are ok. It's close to elante mall. Approach road is fine and easily accessible.
It was a pleasant stay. Though had trouble initially with room cleanliness, new room was offered. The locality is safe and connectivity is good ! The staff could be more cordial and responsive.
Room allotted to us was not clean. Flooring was sticky which did not go away even after mopping by room service. Room needs deep cleaning. There was cold response from reception while checking in as well checking out.

It was my first stay in this hotel and must I say the staff is really welcoming and the rooms had great ambience and great room service. While checking out I met the owner Mrs. Meera where we talked for a while and she took proper feedback for further improvements if any needed. The property offers full servilleance and security for men and women alike. I will surely visit again
