Good Hotel for Stay. Clean, Hygienic and Safety. Room Boys are also Humble and Responsible. But front office staffs are not good. They are feeling like working in SBI Bank. They won't flexible to speak. They won't know how to interact with potential people's. But overall Good Place to Stay.. Especially Rajeshwari VEG Restaurant. Amazing Servers. They won't let us to wait for water or food or gravy. Super..

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Hotel Rajesvari. The receptionist was unhelpful and displayed rude behavior when I inquired about room details for my accommodation booking. Not only did they fail to provide proper information, but their attitude was completely unprofessional. As a guest, I expect courteous and helpful service, which was clearly lacking here. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you value good customer service and a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at the hotel during for a day trip, The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast is great.I Would definitely recommend to this hotel to anybody looking for a beautiful hotel to stay

The room is spacious. Bed sheets and towels are not clean. In the bathroom taps are not working properly. Lots of mosquitoes in the rooms and bathroom.

Worst, highly not recommended. This is the first time I saw this type of receptionist. I don't know how management will allow this kind of person as a receptionist. Once you faced him, then, that was your last check in at that hotel. We are paying for staying not for free. But the receptionist treating that he is allowing to stay with free of cost in his own property. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. I am working in one of the marketing company. I shared this message to all my official and unofficial groups to avoid to take the rooms from this hotel at the time of official trip to madurai. And also ask to spread This message to all their friends and families. There is a no option for ZERO STAR so only I choose 1 star.

Good neat and tidy but more mosquito bite I can't tolerate. May be I take non AC I can't reveal AC room

Very unhygienic; the room and toilet were not cleaned. Stains on the bedding Poor customer service; very rude and misleading receptionists. Very noisy: located on a busy road. Can hear the traffic almost all the time.

Taste is good but the price is extremely costly. You have to sell your assets if you wanna eat here frequently. The waiters here are very keen for their tips, if you don't give them tips, they won't respond properly the next time. More than half of the waiters won't treat you good.
