Hotel is good and rooms are spacious. Set up of room is traditional. It gives royal feeling to stay there. Wash room was a bit out dated. Food was nice service was good, taste and quality was great. But with all this expectation goes higher, they failed in one parameter whish was breakfast. They did had a buffet to serve to guests. Barging this good experience.

worst hotel stay ever. poor service, bad hygiene, the blankets were torn, unclean n smelling. the cushion covers were unwashed n torn at places. the pillows were unwashed. the refrigerator was not working n dirty. the amenities were just missing. the TV wasn't working. the housekeeping wasn't responding, the reception number was not working, room service wasn't available, no water was provided in the rooms, no spoons were given even after requesting twice. the most lethargic set of hospitality workers ever encountered in my life . there was no concierge, no staff to help out.... everybody was busy elsewhere or doing nothing whilst standing near the reception. there were constant shouts from customers from their rooms asking for some one to attend to them late in the evening yet no one seemed to be bothered to revert. had to give min 1 rating since nothing less is possible but actually they deserve a minus one.

Poor on customer service experience. Hotel is average

No hot water in the hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights and there was no hot water for bath. On request they provided me hot water bucket for bath. In winters hot water is necessity and if not providing then hotel is of no use. Restaurant area is unclean. If you order food in room then ok. Food is good.

Good Location, Near Public Park and Junagarh Fort. Staff Behavior friendly. early check-in allowed. I entered around 10am. Cons :Hot water stops around 9 or 9:30am. I requested and they provided in bucket at 11am. AC is centralized so no use in Winter as temperatures can't be controlled. Use Blanket only. Average of 3 stars hotel

Rooms are good with AC n wifi, hotel seems like a palace. Price is medium neither low nor too high. Location is nearby railway station. So it's good.

Good hotel with amenities like 3 star hotel but slow service due to very limited number of staff after pandemic. Still maintaining cleanliness upto the mark. Quality of food was too good. Location is also good. Have good parking space and room for driver. Safe and sound. Service is slow but no denial for anything. Good staff.
